This telemedicine selection is designed for document review and consultation regarding aviation medicine related matters. Please note, this is a CONSULTATION and NOT an aviation medical(select other dropdown for aviation medical).

• Payment required at the time of booking(credit card 💳);
• No refund for changes or cancellations within 72 hours of appointment;
• Download and use JANE.APP to reschedule your appointment if required;
• Complete the required intake form as soon as possible after booking your appointment.
